On Tuesday afternoon, the Chargers announced that they are re-signing outside linebacker Savion Jackson whom they cut earlier this month. In a corresponding move, the Chargers also waived cornerback Chris Wilcox.

Jackson joined the Chargers this past April as a member of the team’s 2024 undrafted free agent class. He was a five-year player for North Carolina State who struggled with injuries through the first four years of his career.
