Chargers Re-Sign DL Damion Square To Two-Year Deal

The Los Angeles Chargers announced Friday that they’ve re-signed DL Damion Square to a two-year contract.

Square, 27, originally signed on with the Philadelphia Eagles back in 2013 as an undrafted free agent out of BYU. He was unable to make the final 53-man roster coming out of the preseason, but he was later claimed by the Chiefs.

After a few months in Kansas City, Square was claimed off of waivers by the Chargers. He’s been on and off of their active roster the past few years.

In 2016, Square appeared in 11 games for the Chargers and recorded 13 tackles and 2.
