After missing all three practices this week, wide receiver DJ Chark is officially being placed on injured reserve with a hip injury. He’ll be forced to miss the first four games of the season before being eligible to return. In a corresponding move, the Chargers are elevating tight end Eric Tomlinson from the practice squad to the active roster.
