Prior to the start of training camp, the Chargers announced a number of transactions with one of those being the placement of outside linebacker Jatavis Brown on the physically unable to perform list (PUP).
In Brown’s rookie season, he was a bright spot on a struggling, but developing, defense who was usually good for a splash-play or two every week. In a reserve role, he made key plays, including a massive forced fumble against the Denver Broncos in 2016, which helped the team secure a huge victory at Mile High Stadium.
