According to Bernie Miklasz of 101 sports.com in St. Louis, momentum seems to be shifting from the Carson project led by the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders to the Inglewood project led by St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke as the preferred stadium alternative in Los Angeles.

Miklasz couches his report by saying most of what he’s heard is speculative, with no sources willing to go on record.
