Ben Fawkes of ESPN Chalk gives us the opening lines for Week 4 from Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook. And the San Diego Chargers open this week as 7-point favorites at home against the Cleveland Browns.

My take: The Chargers lead the head-to-head series 4-2. San Diego is 1-2 against the spread this year.
