The San Diego Chargers will be facing off against the Detroit Lions on Sunday to open up the season and they could be without one of their top performers on defense. DeAndre Levy has missed practice the last couple of weeks and still has not stepped onto the practice field with his team. Levy is a stud on the Detroit Lions defense. Last season, Levy finished the year with 151 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
Having a player like that sidelined definitely will hurt their team defense. That could open up a few more running lanes for the Chargers running backs.
