Chargers make several roster moves as Titans prep begins

On Wednesday, the Chargers released veteran tight end Eric Tomlinson, per the NFL’s transaction wire. Tomlinson has played in every game for the Chargers this season and recorded just two receptions for nine yards. He will be re-signed back to the practice squad.

In a round of other roster moves, the Chargers announced that rookie linebacker Junior Colson and wide receiver Simi Fehoko are being placed on injured reserve. To replace Fehoko, Jalen Reagor is being signed to the active roster.

Joining Tomlinson as an addition to the practice squad is linebacker Shaquille Quarterman who was with the Chargers earlier in the season.
