Chargers hiring former Florida State DC Adam Fuller as new safeties coach

The Chargers have found their replacement for Chris O’Leary.

On Wednesday morning, ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported that former Florida State defensive coordinator Adam Fuller is being hired as the Bolts’ new safeties coach. Fuller spent the past five seasons (2020-2024) calling the defense for the Seminoles. Prior to that, Fuller was the defensive coordinator at Memphis (2019) and Marshall (2018). Current FSU head coach Mike Norvell was the head coach at Memphis in 2019, as well, before bringing Fuller along to Tallahassee.
