Scott Kacsmar of FootballOutsiders.com released his latest “Under-25 Talent” rankings on ESPN Insider yesterday with the Los Angeles Rams claiming the number one spot on the list.
The Chargers, however, are a tad closer to the middle of the pack. They fell seven spots to 13th this year after being ranked 6th prior to the 2017 season. Here are some notes from Kacsmar on the ranking:
“Injury erased guard Forrest Lamp’s rookie season, so hopefully he’ll have a good start at right guard this season while Dan Feeney remains at left guard.
