According to the Justin Melo of The Draft Wire, the Chargers have recently met with former West Virginia cornerback Keith Washington II. Washington II played in 22 games for the Mountaineers with 17 career starts across two seasons. He also earned an invitation to the East-West Shrine Game, one of the top all-star showcases of college football.
In 2018, his first season at WVU after transferring from Copiah-Lincoln Coumminty College, Washington II totaled 40 tackles, 2.5 tackles-for-loss, 1.5 sacks, two interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), and nine pass breakups.
As a redshirt senior in 2019, he started all 10 games that he played in while missing two games to injury.
