SAN DIEGO – Good morning.
In this conversation with Nick Hardwick and Judson Richards of Xtra 1360 Fox Sports Radio, San Diego Chargers general manager Tom Telesco discussed the team’s poor showing this season.
With a much-anticipated November vote on a new downtown stadium, Telesco was one of several Chargers’ front office staff that emphasized the importance of this team winning games early.
Of course, that did not happen as the Chargers started the season 1-4. The slow start likely affected the team’s ability to rally support for the measure, which only got 43 percent and failed to reach the two-thirds approval needed.
