The Chargers' coaching staff continues to take shape.
Nick Sirianni moved from quarterbacks to wide receivers coach, and Shane Steichen was elevated from quality control to quarterbacks coach, the team announced Friday. Both are considered up-and-comers on the offensive end. Likewise, as expected, Mike McCoy cemented Craig Aukerman as special teams coordinator after the latter closed the year in an interim role.
