San Diego Chargers defensive coordinator John Pagano talked with Judson Richards of Xtra 1360 Fox Sport radio in this audio link.
Pagano said he was pleased to hear the Chargers were keeping him and most of the defensive staff.
"We’ve all heard the saying that there are two kinds of coaches -- those that have been fired and those that are going to get fired," Pagano said. "It’s part of the business. It’s something that you sign up for. It doesn’t change how you do things. The big thing is, you keep that focus and you keep preparing, keep trying to do those things to get us those victories.
