The Chargers bolstered their defensive line on Thursday by signing former Texans and Titans defensive tackle Teair Tart. Jim Harbaugh told the media they had high evaluations of Tart earlier on in free agency but he chose to sign in Miami at the time. Now, he’s in the powder blue and Harbaugh and Co. are stoked about it.
