Justin Herbert loves to have fun. It’s been evident since he became a member of the Chargers that even though he’s been a bookworm with a very strong work ethic for most of his life, he always attempts to balance that with leisure time. Sometimes that’s just grilling a brisket (#VictoryBrisket) and sometimes that’s just hitting the links with several of his teammates.
This past week, Herbert took that love of golf and turned it into one of the first big events hosted by the budding superstar as a professional football player. On July 8th, he hosted the Justin Herbert Invitational in his hometown of Eugene, Oregon which benefitted Kidsports, a nonprofit that Herbert grew up in while playing numerous youth sports.
