The first Sunday of the NFL season has come and gone and the Chargers are sitting pretty with an early 1-0 record on the year. Say what you want about how they won it, but at the end of the day, just be glad they got the job done.
Fun Fact: Before yesterday’s win, the Chargers were 2-9 in one-possession games since the start of the 2019 season. That’s not good. But being able to buck that trend from the jump in 2020 is a good thing.
Even though they left Cincinnati victorious, it was still a rather porous performance.
