The San Diego Chargers defense made a handful of plays today. A great interception by Jason Verrett, a tackle for a six-yard loss on 3rd down by Denzel Perryman, and a forced fumble on special teams by Jerry Attaochu all stood out. They are a solid core for Tom Telesco to build around and hopefully, the next coaching staff finds a way to feature their talents more.
