After picking off two passes against the Falcons in the Chargers 17-13 win over Atlanta this past Sunday, rookie cornerback Tarheeb Still has been named the AFC’s Defensive Player of the Week.
Not only is this Still’s first time earning the distinction in his young career, he’s also the first Chargers player of the 2024 season to be named a player of week on either side of the ball.

The Chargers have dealt with a number of injuries to the cornerback room and Still has been the most consistent, and available, performer for Jesse Minter and the defense.
