The Chargers announced they have re-signed defensive lineman Tenny Palepoi. The Chargers have now brought back two key rotational players in Palepoi and Damion Square. The latter was re-signed to a two-year deal during the first week of free agency.
Palepoi, a 2014 undrafted free agent, played in all 16 games as a rookie. He missed all of 2015 with a broken foot but worked his way back to play 13 games in 2016, finishing the year with 13 combined tackles and one fumble recovery. He has yet to record a sack in his career, but he knows how to get after the quarterback.
