On Wednesday morning, NFL insider Tom Pelissero reported that the Chargers are activating the 21-day practice window for wide receiver Joshua Palmer. Palmer has been on injured reserve since Week Nine following the team’s win over the Chicago Bears where he sustained a serious knee injury.

The Chargers have 2-3 since Palmer was placed on IR as they’ve struggled to match their offensive efficiency from earlier in the season without two of their top three wideouts.
