Chargers quarterback Max Duggan was born in raised in my home state of Iowa, out of the small town of Council Bluffs. He started all four years in high school at Lewis Central where he played under his father. Duggan was a spectacular dual-threat quarterback, rushing for 25 touchdowns as a senior en route to being named the Iowa Gatorade Player of the Year. He left Lewis Central as a four-star prospect who held offers from top schools like Georgia, Ohio State, and Notre Dame, the school he was a fan of while growing up. But instead of picking any of them, he chose to continue his football career at TCU.
