On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Chargers announced they are waiving C/G Max Tuerk.
A former third-round pick out of USC in the 2016 NFL Draft, Tuerk has been quite the disappointment for a team that has needed reinforcements on the offensive line.
Tuerk has yet to see any regular season action after essentially taking a red-shirt year in order to recover from a torn ACL he experienced while at Southern California.
Before the regular season began. Tuerk was suspended four games due to a violation of the league’s performance enhancing substance policy.
