On Wednesday afternoon, the Chargers announced they have officially signed their second-round pick, Nasir Adderley.
Adderley was a one of, if not, the top safety prospect in the 2019 NFL Draft. Often mocked as a late first-round selection, the former Delaware Blue Hen found himself available on day two when the Bolts scooped him up with the 60th overall selection.
While at Delaware, Adderley had 11 career interceptions, returning two of them for touchdowns. He also made one of the craziest plays of the year at the FCS level when he returned a kickoff 92 yards to the house after crushing a would-be tackler near the sideline.
