Good morning.
Liam Dillon of the Voice of San Diego examines the downtown stadium proposal and convention center expansion that San Diego mayor Kevin Faulconer reportedly is not interested in. As part of his reporting, Dillon offers an interesting revelation from Chargers stadium advisor Fred Maas -- he reportedly likes the Mission Valley site better.
"Our read of this is they’re going to do Mission Valley," JMI developer Steve Peace told Dillon.
The Chargers did not confirm Peace’s statement.
Chargers chairman Dean Spanos recently indicated that he would look closely at both sites.
