On Wednesday, the Chargers announced that head coach Anthony Lynn and new quarterbacks coach Pep Hamilton will be participating in the 2020 Quarterback Coaching Summit. The event “serves to grow the coaching and personnel development pipeline and strengthen diversity across the league,” according to its official description.
This is the event’s third year being hosted by the NFL alongside the Black College Football Hall of Fame. It is set to take place virtually June 22-23 and will “provide professional development and networking opportunities for minority coaches on the offensive side of the ball with NFL club executives.
