The NFL stadium derby this week quickly shifted focus from San Diego to Los Angeles, where representatives of the Carson and Inglewood proposals met separately with league officials on Thursday.
Among the participants was Carson City Councilman Albert Robles, the proud owner of that hideous half Chargers-half Raiders jersey.
