If there is one thing you can be certain that the Chargers are going to do more often in 2020, it’s that they’re going to run the ball, run the ball, and then run it some more.
Up to this point in the Anthony Lynn era, this team has had a fullback to aid in establishing the ground game. After the team let Derek Watt walk in free agency and sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers, they are now in need of another player that can fill the role of a lead-blocker.
Among their 19 undrafted free agents, the Chargers signed a pair of fullbacks, Gabe Nabers out of Florida State and Bobby Holly out of Louisiana Tech.
