2020 NFL Draft: Top Running Backs

Welcome to draft season! This is the ninth of 11 positional breakdowns leading up to the NFL Draft (April 23-25). Here are my top 10 running backs:

1. Jonathan Taylor (Jr., Wisconsin, 5-foot-10, 226 pounds)

Two-time Doak Walker Award winner (best running back) and unanimous All-American. Taylor is comparable to Saquon Barkley. He was an accomplished prep track athlete (won back-to-back state titles in the 100 meters). He’s sixth on the FBS all-time rushing list (6,174 yards). Number of collegiate touches and ball security (18 career fumbles) could cause him to slip into the second round, but it shouldn’t.
