The Angels had high hopes for 2015 after winning 98 games last year, but they came up one game short of returning to the playoffs, winning 85 games.
Whether this team underachieved or finished about where it should have been based on its talent is debatable. In fact, you can even make a case, based on all the things that went wrong, that they may have overachieved.
Like any team in any season, there were pluses and minuses.
WHAT WENT RIGHT
Mike Trout: Of course. The reigning MVP had a better season than last year, although it probably will only be worth his third second-place finish in the MVP voting in 2015.
