What can we expect from the Angels bullpen in 2017?

Depending on how you rank them, the Angels fell somewhere in the 9th-12th spot (ERA, WHIP, HR allowed, etc) for AL bullpens in 2016. Basically, the Angels bullpen was in the bottom 3rd of the American League despite having some shining moments (like bullpen of the week early in the year). There is one area where they DID excel, and that was pickoffs. No teams bullpen picked off more runners than the Angels (8), who were led by Joe Smith (3) and Mike Morin (2). Smith is gone, though Morin may see some chances to pick off more runners in 2017.
