Yesterday was Head-scratching Thursday.
- Parker Bridwell is cruising along, allowing only 2 hits and 1 run (on an Encarnacion homer, which is not shameful) going into the 5th inning. It's a tie ballgame. And then this happens:
Calhoun fails to hold a catchable fly. Line drive just off the glove of leaping Simmons, then Lindor hits a 3-run HR. #Angels down 4-1, 5th.

In between was an infield force out. It's probable that Bridwell could have gotten through the inning unscathed.
