When a Wil Myers is a vacuum a the hot corner, you know that Lady Luck has abandoned you for every hand you shall be dealt. Prior to last night, Myers had only played 1 inning at 3B in his entire MLB career, and never had to make a single play. That was the 9th inning of a 4-33 loss to the Mets, back on May 8th of 2016. But last night he was sucking up all that the Halos tried to sneak through his side. All three Halo batters in the 1st inning were taken down by Myers.
