Trout is one of just 10 players all-time to record 500 career runs scored before his age-25 season.
Pujols followed Trout with a homer of his own to left-center field, giving him 571 home runs for his career and putting him two behind Harmon Killebrew for 11th all-time.
This marked the 27th game in which Trout and Pujols have both homered.
