ANAHEIM -- Mike Trout once again imposed his dominance over Felix Hernandez on Saturday, launching his 29th home run of the season in the first inning of the Angels' game against the Mariners at Angel Stadium.
Trout crushed an 0-1 changeup from Hernandez to left field, giving the Angels an early 1-0 lead. The blast traveled an estimated 419 feet, according to Statcast™.
Trout now has eight career home runs against Hernandez, his most against any pitcher. They're also the most homers Hernandez has allowed to any hitter.
