Trout 'feels fine' after serious highway crash

Los Angeles Angels slugger Mike Trout was involved in a serious highway crash Wednesday night in Orange County, California, in which he was uninjured after a home game in nearby Anaheim, according to multiple reports.

Reports said two people were sent to hospitals as a result of two separate, related accidents on the 55 freeway in Tustin, the reports said, citing emergency personnel officials.

Video and photos showed Trout standing at the scene talking to an official and also looking at his cell phone, appearing to be OK.

Angels general manager Billy Eppler confirmed to the Orange County Register that Trout was unhurt.
