The LA Angels and general manger Billy Eppler seem to have good luck in picking up players that no one else wants and watch them blossom or have a rebirth in their career. Last year the Angels had a number of these players including Blake Parker, Bud Norris, Ben Revere, and Yusmeiro Petit.
With Parker under club control and Norris being on the back side of 30 and being an injury risk I want to focus on Revere and Petit.
Petit is the que essential utility pitcher as he can start or be a reliever. Petit handled the 6th, 7th, 8th, and even a few 9th inning save opportunities.
