Santiago honored to wear No. 42 on Jackie Robinson Day

"It's on my list," the Angels' starter said. "A very short list."

Wednesday's game against the Rangers at Globe Life Park marked the second time Santiago has appeared in a game on Jackie Robinson Day -- he came out of the bullpen with the White Sox in 2013 -- and the first time he's been the starting pitcher on the special day.

The 27-year-old left-hander was giddy when he found out his second turn through the rotation would come on April 15.
