The Angels and outfielder Ben Revere have agreed to a one-year contract, the club announced on Friday.
The deal is worth $4 million plus incentives, according to multiple reports.
The 28-year-old Revere hit .217/.260/.300 with 14 stolen bases in 103 games with the Nationals in 2016.
He is a career .285/.320/.342 hitter in seven seasons with the Twins, Phillies, Blue Jays and Nationals.
