ANAHEIM -- A day after his breakout night at the plate on Tuesday, the urge to put Shohei Ohtani back into the Los Angeles Angels' lineup was just too hard to resist.
Manager Mike Scioscia had Ohtani back in the No. 8 spot in the Angels' order, less than 24 hours after the left-handed slugger crushed his first major league home run and added two more hits in a convincing 13-2 victory over the Cleveland Indians.
The move made sense with Indians right-hander Corey Kluber on the mound for the afternoon series finale.
