He made 12 starts this past season for the RedHawks, going 4-4 while posting a 1.81 ERA. In 59 2⁄3 innings, he struck out 93 while issuing only 17 walks. His WHIP was 0.77 and he allowed only one home run all season. His ERA ranked seventh among qualified NCAA Division I pitchers.
