Angels third baseman Jefry Marte collected two RBIs and hit his second home run in as many days, a solo shot off Cubs ace Jake Arrieta in the second. Shane Robinson went 3-for-3 with three RBIs, while Yunel Escobar, Martin Maldonado and Michael Hermosillo each chipped in an RBI. Danny Espinosa walked and stole home in the third.
