On Monday, the Los Angeles Angels and Chicago Cubs met each other for the first time in 2016.
Sure it was a spring training game, but it was a good one.
The Cubs scored five runs in the top of the third inning before the Angels scored five of their own in the bottom of the fourth.
Chicago would go on to score a few more runs in the eighth and ninth innings to take an 8-6 lead into the Halos half of the frame before the Angels put up a pair in the bottom of the ninth to even the score and work an 8-8 tie as the final score.
