In the LA Angels 55-year history has seen many great starting pitchers take the mound in Los Angeles and Anaheim. From Eli Grba who started the first game in Los Angeles Angels history to Garrett Richards who started last season’s final game there have been many pitchers who have toed the mound for the Angels.
There have been 10 no-hitters thrown by seven different pitchers. The first by Bo Belinsky in 1962 and the last by current Angel Jered Weaver. Nolan Ryan threw four no-hitters during his eight year in Anaheim. There was also one no-hitter that was a combined one with Mark Langston pitching the first seven innings and Mike Witt finishing it off with two innings of no-hit relief in 1990.
