Revere has been slow to start thus far for the Los Angeles Angels. Both he and Cameron Maybin had been sharing time through the month of April. However, an injury sidelined teammate Mike Trout for five games in early May and both players saw some extended play simultaneously.
Then at the end of May both Maybin and Trout went on the DL at the same time giving Revere a golden opportunity, unfortunately he has not been able to take advantage of it. Maybin is now holding down centerfield for Trout and Eric Young Jr.
