The Freeway Series between the Angels and Dodgers kicked off with a bang on Friday night, as the Halos got the best of their rivals from down the road with a 9-2 victory.
A fight between Angels and Dodgers fans occurred in game one of the Freeway Series.
A combination of solid pitching and an offensive outburst were keys for the Angels who finally snapped a season-long five-game losing streak. The fireworks from the field carried over into the stands, as a couple of Halos and Dodgers fans expressed their feelings for one another.
