LA Angels bats come alive at least for one night, rescues bullpen

Monday night for the LA Angels was no different except for one small thing they won. The game started out pretty well even though the Rockies jumped to a 2-0 lead early thanks to a Tony Walters homer and a Nolan Arenado ground out in the third inning off of Odrisamer Despaigne.

However, the Angels fought back with a four run 4th inning highlighted by a Mike Trout RBI single and a Shohei Ohtani three-run blast to center to help the Angels take a 4-2 lead. Trout extended the Angels lead with a laser beam solo homer to left and it looked like the Angels were sitting pretty up 5-2.
