Shohei Ohtani is scheduled to start for the Angels on Monday night. As of right now, Angels manager Joe Maddon is unsure as to whether or not Ohtani will also be in the lineup as well.
When speaking to reporters on Saturday, Maddon said that the plan is for Ohtani to be in the lineup on Sunday, but that a decision has yet to be made for Monday. He said that it’s all going to come down to how Ohtani is feeling after Sunday’s contest and whether or not he wants to do both.
Ohtani has been in the lineup in two of his three starts this season.
