Ian Kinsler notches two all-important hits as Angels prevail over Royals 4-3

Ian Kinsler has at times struggled mightily during the season, but tonight was not one of those times. Kinsler hammered a middle-middle fastball off Royals reliever Scott Barlow in the sixth-inning to left field for the game’s go-ahead run(s), and Justin Upton added a solo shot in the seventh, as the Angels finished off a three-game sweep against the Royals, improving to 6-0 against the sky-blue. (The 7th game of the season is a makeup and will be played in Kansas City later this month.)

Shohei Ohtani started, but he was pulled after four innings with apparent blister problems.
