The Monkey Says: This is basically the same injury he had last seasons, so the team is confident he will only miss three weeks or so. However, it also leaves the Angels shy one middle of the order bat. If they weren’t sure about making a trade before, this should push them in that direction. In the meantime, Kyle Kubitza will likely be called up to replace him, though they could also give playing time to Grant Green and Taylor Featherston.
